The Bulgarian Federation of Radio Amateurs (BFRA) issues the following four diplomas for radio contacts / SWL observations with radio stations located on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria:
- Republic of Bulgaria
- Worked All Districts of Bulgaria
- Sofia
- Bulgaria QRP
General Terms
The diplomas are issued to all licensed radio amateurs / SWLs from around the world.
Contacts on all authorized bands and in all modes are accepted. Contacts made through active repeaters are not accepted.
The diplomas will be free in electronic format (PDF, JPEG) and paid in paper form (at a later stage).
Applications should be sent to the diploma manager in txt, doc, or xls format.
Each QSO must contain CALL, date, band, mode, UTC, and any additional information required for the specific diploma. You must also include your E-MAIL address.
You must have QSL cards for the confirmed contacts. The diploma manager may request specific cards for verification. Send them scanned, copied, or photographed. All paper and electronic QSLs are accepted (EQSL.CC, HAMLOG.RU, etc.). Confirmations via LOTW are not accepted.
After verifying the scanned / copied QSL cards, the diploma will be sent by e-mail (excluding the paid paper diplomas).
If the applicant does not present a requested QSL card, the diploma will not be issued. The applicant may submit a new application for that diploma after three months from the date the manager received the original application.
