Sunday in the first full weekend of August – 04.08.2024, 06.00 – 13.59 UTC /09.00 – 16.59 LZT/.
At the same time, ALPE-ADRIA VHF CONTEST is being held.
2. Contacts:
Band: 2 meters /144 MHz/
Modulation time: CW, SSB, FM
CQ frequency recommendations:
• QRP stations: 144.350 MHz and up
• QRO stations: 144.350 MHz and down
* QSOs via repeaters, EME, VoIP do not count.
3. Exchange:
RS/T report, progressive serial number starting with 001 and six character QTH locator
(Maidenhead Grid Locator).
Example: 599 001 KN22AA
QSOs serial numbers are same for all operation modes.
You may work each station only once, regardless of operation mode.
4. Scoring:
Points are calculated as follows: 1point per km.

7. Assessment
The evaluation of applications is in accordance with IARU Region 1 recommendations.
The ranking will be based only on the logs received from the participants, checked by software.
8. Prizes
The winners of each category will be awarded with plaques.All other participants will receive an
electronic diploma.In order to stimulate the young participants in the competition, the youngest
participant will also be awarded a plaque.
9. Organizer
Hemus International VHF Contest is organized by – Radio Club Troyan and BFRA. The Contest is
held annually every first Sunday in August.
